The AutoOligo®600 is a flexible and intuitive fully automated oligonucleotide synthesizer, covering a range of 1 mmol to 50 mmol, designed to meet the needs for batch production of gram-scale products. It is suitable for oligonucleotide synthesis in early to mid-stage clinical trials.
The AutoOligo®600 utilizes a high-precision metering pump drive system, compatible with reagents for oligonucleotides synthesis, employing flow-through solid-phase synthesis technology. This significantly reduces reagent consumption while ensuring control over reaction speed and contact time. It also enhances synthesis efficiency, facilitating linear scaling to achieve high cost-effectiveness and high-quality synthesis results.
The AutoOligo®600 can simultaneously use up to 19 different amidites, automatically executing the synthesis process on a single column.
The unique CDSystem workstation features a powerful data management system, providing a complete and reliable platform for nucleic acid synthesis method development.
