AutoTFF™Pilot10 is a flexible, automated pilot-scale crossflow system suitable for ultrafiltration, microfiltration, and diafiltration of biological products such as antibodies, recombinant proteins, mRNA, nucleic acids, and viral vectors. The flexible configuration allows for manual operation as well as highly automated process control, with a comprehensive data recording system suitable for process scale up and small-scale production. The tubing connections can accommodate both cassette filters and hollow fibers.
