Unique AutoOligo® is a flexible and intuitive fully automated oligonucleotide synthesizer designed for the rapid synthesis of oligonucleotides samples ranging from 10μmol to 12 mmol. It is suitable for clinical research, pharmaceutical development, and the synthesis of molecular diagnostic probes.
The Unique AutoOligo® features a high-precision metering pump drive system that is compatible with reagents used in oligonucleotides synthesis. Utilizing flow-through solid-phase synthesis technology, it significantly reduces reagent consumption while ensuring control over reaction speed and contact time. This results in higher synthesis efficiency and facilitates linear amplification, achieving both cost-effectiveness and high-quality synthesis results.
The Unique AutoOligo® can simultaneously utilize up to 12 different amidites, automatically executing the synthesis process on a single column.
