Unique AutoMCD Prime Nanoparticle Assembly System

The Unique AutoMCD Prime is a microfluidic system used for generation of nanoparticles, such as lipid nanoparticles ( LNP) or polymer nanoparticles. It consists of a main unit (including a high-precision injection module, automatic fraction collection module, etc.), a microfluidic chip holder, a dilution module and a control panel . It can execute sample injection, nanoparticle assembly, online dilution, and collection of target components automatically.

The high-precision injection module is a parallel three-channel injection pump that can generate mixed fluids under a certain flowrate with no pulsation, easy maintenance, high flow accuracy and easy solvent replacement. The microfluidic chip employs a unique design using a sputtering principle, allowing for instant mixing of two or three liquids under pressure, forming nanoparticles with a stable diameter.

The Unique AutoMCD Prime can be configured through control software to set the flowrate ratio, totol flow rates, in-line dilution, syringe position self-checks and calibrations, and automatic collection module position self-checks and calibrations.
